Director / Principal ConsultantCathy Jordan has over 12 years recruitment experience in health and safety and is the Director and Principal Consultant, specialising in strategic and technical recruitment in Risk Management, OH&S, Injury Management and Workers’ Compensation. Cathy has an extensive background in recruitment and human resource consultancy specialising in strategic and technical recruitment through establishing mutually beneficial business relationships.
Commencing her career as an Occupational Therapist in Injury Management and OH&S related services, Cathy has held positions focused in acute and Occupational Rehabilitation, safety and injury prevention, within hospitals, private practice, insurance and corporate consultancy environments. Cathy’s previous positions have included strategic service delivery, recruitment, team management, training, ISO 9001 Quality Systems audit/management and account management.
Prior to commencing with Risk Recruitment Solutions, Cathy had an extensive background in recruiting nationally for insurance agents and corporate Clients and is well placed to provide broad risk management focused recruitment and consultancy services.
